These folders are, indeed, HEAVY DUTY! They are 14 point, I believe, which is much heavier than commonly used file folders, which are usually 11 point or lower.I wanted these heavy folders to use in my crafting projects. The weight is perfect for making journal covers, bookmarks, tags, and gift boxes. The colors are nice and bright, also. I really like that the inside of each folder is a lighter shade of the outside color.Good price for so many folders!Highly recommended!
